2. How can I upgrade my subscription plan?

If you are already a free member but no any subscriptions plan, pay related amount and note your user name. We will process your request as soon as possible.

3. If I don’t renew my subscription plan, the billing will be recurring automatically?

No, If you are a member of subscription plan, but if you don’t renew your membership by yourself, your plan will be expired by the time.

4. Can I cancel my subscription plan anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime, but still can access all the related posts until the membership expiration day.

5. Do all indie films have English subtitles?

Most of indie films have English subtitles so that you can understand well.

6. How do I know all the links are valid?

If you find some links are broken, please leave your comment on related post, they will be processed as soon as possible. In additional, there is an Updated Log page to record all updated posts records

7. What if I forget my username or password?

If you forget your password or your user name, just go to the login page, click on ‘Lost your password?’, in the new page input your user name or registration email, a temporary password will be sent to you by email.

If you need admin assist to recover your account, please provide your PayPal transaction info and send another $5 recover fee first.
